Atlantic Connection is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Serbian students enroll into their dream US universities, while also finding sports opportunities for American students in Serbia.
Young people, and especially students who dream of studying abroad, usually have to deal with a lot of documentation, with tedious applications for visas and scholarships. All that for a glimmer of hope that they will be the lucky ones who will manage to go abroad, even across the Atlantic.
The United States has always attracted young and talented people with its American dream, and how could it not when it is a country of the most diverse cultures where nothing seems impossible. A country with countless possibilities, but also a country with an incredible number of the most prestigious universities.
We are dedicated to the idea of giving more to young people and really opening the doors of the world to them.
We want to offer real academic opportunities to young people, but also the opportunity to simultaneously experience a completely different culture from the one they know. Our goal is to give young people the opportunity to choose the best faculty in the field that interests them, but also in the region that they would most like to visit.
Apart from the fact that our young people would have the opportunity to develop at one of the universities from either the east or west coast of America, Atlantic Connection also wants to interest young people from America to get to know Serbia. In the first place, that interest would be related to sports, a passion shared by both young people in Serbia and young people in America.
Connecting sports associations and building cooperation through a common love for sports is another long-term goal we have set for ourselves. Atlantic Connection as a non-profit organization is working on forming and strengthening a network of support for young people. We believe that we bring a much-needed change by investing in the future of our youth.
